By accessing and using FLYNOX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
FLYNOX provides AI-powered automation systems for recruitment workflows, including automated CV processing, candidate data extraction, Google Sheets integration, and automated email responses.
FLYNOX services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. The following plans are available:
All plans are billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days prior notice to existing clients.
The client is responsible for providing valid access credentials to the required services (Gmail, Google Sheets, OpenAI). The client is also responsible for ensuring that the use of automated responses complies with applicable labor and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
FLYNOX processes candidate CV data solely for the purpose of providing the automation service. FLYNOX does not store, sell, or share any candidate data. All data processing occurs within the client's own Google account infrastructure.
FLYNOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the automation system will be deactivated and client access revoked.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
